Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using construction plumbing techniques on various sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for plumbing projects while adhering to safety standards
• Conduct remodeling tasks involving plumbing systems, including fixture installation and pipe replacement
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems related to plumbing components
• Follow schematics and technical instructions to assemble piping systems accurately on-site
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and layout planning
• Engage in carpentry tasks as needed for framing or supporting plumbing installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, and working with schematics or blueprints
