Requirements for Handyman

* Good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including: + Plumbing + Carpentry + Tile + Electrical * Ability to identify and use proper equipment for various tasks (not required to own every tool, but must know what is needed) * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve problems promptly and professionally * Excellent communication skills with management, office staff, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers * Presentable, clean-cut appearance * Decent looking vehicle and organized tools * Punctual, efficient, and maintains the highest integrity * Strives for top customer satisfaction * Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team * Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations * 3+ years of handyman experience * Own truck or van and tools * Strong work ethic and professional demeanor * Collaborative, optimistic, and re...
