Duties

• Assist with pipe installation, fitting, and assembly on construction sites under supervision
• Support plumbing system maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal operation
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for plumbing projects
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete installation and repair tasks
• Participate in welding, pipe threading, and other mechanical tasks as directed by senior team members
• Follow building code compliance standards to ensure safety and quality of work

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years full-time new construction plumbing
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, and mechanical concepts is advantageous
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
• Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines
• Understanding of building codes related to plumbing and construction safety practices
• Strong attention to detail with good math skills for measurements and calculations
• Excellent teamwork attitude with a proactive approach to field service tasks
