Key Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and specifications
• Perform accurate takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Develop comprehensive, competitive bids and quotes
• Collaborate with the team on project strategy during monthly in-person brainstorming sessions (local candidates preferred for occasional meet-ups)

Qualifications We're Seeking:

• Proven expertise in blueprint reading, material/labor estimating, and preparing successful bids
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Professional communication skills for occasional client interactions
• Willingness to adapt to our workflow and management software (full training provided)
