As a Sewer and Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drain and sewer systems in residential properties. Your in-depth knowledge of drainage systems, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to exceptional customer service will play a crucial role in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sewer and Drain Technician Key Responsibilities
- Determine materials needed for each new project and estimate time and costs.
- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
- Affix clamps, screws, brazing, soldering, welds, etc., to pipes and tubes.
- Measure and modify pipes accordingly by cutting, threading, or bending pipes by using specialized tools.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and work to resolve any issues.
- Repair or replace damaged parts.
- Repair water line leaks.
- Confirm pipe system is air/watertight by performing pressure tests.
- Keep detailed noted and create work reports documenting projects.
- Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functioning.
