Journeyman Plumber

Looking for a Journeyman Plumber skilled in commercial construction. Must be proficient in commercial plumbing , new construction services, and other ground-up projects including restaurants, retail, corporate offices, medical facilities, and much more. Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up. Responsibilities:

• Commercial plumbing installation from Building stack out to multi-story building plumbing and large mechanical rooms.
• Read and interpret plans and building specifications.
• Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
• Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups.
• Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines.
• Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans.
• Involve cutting, threading, fitting pipes, valves, and caulking.
• Will occasionally be on call.

Qualifications

* 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience such as corporate offices, dining establishments, educational institutions, and federal contracts. * Ability to read plans and shop drawings. * Must know ADA plumbing dimensions. * Possesses hand tools and trade-specific tools. * Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice. * Able to work from ladders and lifts from various heights. * Ability to operate machinery such as mini excavator, tamp, skid steer, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed. * Ability to pass background screening, MVR, and drug screening.
