This hands-on leadership role is responsible for leading a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor others while working in the field.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise plumbing installation, service, and repair projects. * Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing specifications. * Assign daily tasks and guide plumbers and apprentices. * Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and productivity. * Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes. * Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards. * Communicate with customers regarding project progress, recommendations, and solutions. * Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site logistics. * Maintain accurate job documentation, material usage, and service reports using Service Titan or similar software. * Ensure a safe work environment by following OSHA and company safety policies. * Assist management with scheduling, estimating, and resolving field issues as needed. * Participate in the on-call rotation when required.
