Duties

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and soldering equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues with plumbing systems and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Installation of Tankless and tank style water heaters.
• Assist in remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into new or existing structures.
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work on construction sites or customer residences.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for each service call.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing, including residential service work and remodeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and soldering techniques.
• Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of plumbing systems and schematics.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform manual labor throughout the workday.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record as needed.
